- System checks active service plans daily
- Identifies plans needing jobs
- Creates jobs based on schedule
- Assigns to designated engineer
- Notifies dispatcher

The Schedule Job button enables:

- Generate next scheduled job
- Override automatic scheduling
- Create emergency visits
- Add one-time services
