Systems Included


The contract encompasses systems eligible for any additional tasks (installation/service/callout, etc.). When the office team receives a call from a customer for a callout, they can verify if the system is covered by the contract. Depending on the verification, they can proceed to schedule a job or provide appropriate guidance to the customer. Parts and service charges are applied based on the associated service plan.
