My Stock shows all parts in your vehicle, enabling quick stock checks and request generation.
Access Your Stock #
- Tap My Stock
- Current stock displays (your Trunk Stock)
- Search or browse items
- Use the All Parts tab to browse the full inventory beyond just your truck stock
- Use the Transfer button to move parts between locations
Inventory Display
Each item shows the product name, product code/serial number, available quantity, and a quantity stepper to adjust as needed.

Required Parts #
Tap the Required Parts tab to see a consolidated view of everything you need across your upcoming jobs.
- Choose a date range: Today, Tomorrow, Next 7 Days, or This Week
- Review total parts required, in-hand quantity at your trunk location, on-the-way quantity, and remaining required quantity
- Tap Request Parts to raise a request directly for any shortages
Parts on the Way #
The Parts on the Way tab shows all ongoing transfers heading to you, so you always know what’s in transit.
- View both Direct Transfers (immediate) and Freight Shipments (planned/longer-distance)
- See shipment details and current status
- Update Freight Shipments to Shipped or Received
- Update Direct Transfers to Received
