The Survey Module enables organizations to collect structured customer feedback through customizable surveys. Users can create survey templates, configure questions, share survey links with customers, and automatically capture responses for reporting and analysis.
Create a Survey Template #
Step 1 — Navigate to Survey Templates
Open the Survey Templates object within FieldAx.
Step 2 — Create a New Template
In the Survey Template list view, click the New button located in the upper-right corner of the page.
Step 3 — Save the Template
Complete the required fields, enter any additional information if needed, and click Save

Configure Survey Questions #
Step 1 – Open the Survey Template
Open the required Survey Template, navigate to the Survey Questions in related list, and click New.
Step 2 – Configure the Survey Question
Complete the required fields and configure the question settings as needed, then click Save.
The survey question is successfully added to the Survey Template.
Generate and Share Survey Links #
Step 1 — Create a Survey Record
Create a survey using the required survey template.
Step 2 — Generate the Survey Link
The system automatically generates a unique survey link.
Step 3 — Share the Survey
Distribute the survey link to customers through email, SMS, or other communication channels.
Capture Customer Responses #
Step 1 — Customer Opens the Survey Link
Customers access the survey using the shared link.
Step 2 — Complete the Survey
Customers answer the survey questions and provide feedback.
Step 3 — Submit Responses
Customers submit the completed survey for processing.
Manage and Track Survey Responses #
Step 1 — Access Survey Records
Open the survey record within Salesforce.
Step 2 — Review Submitted Responses
View customer responses associated with the survey.
Step 3 — Analyze Survey Data
Use the collected responses for reporting, performance analysis, and service improvement initiatives.
