Overview #
The Upload Photo functionality allows users to upload multiple photos directly from a Job and add a description for each photo.
The uploaded photos and their descriptions are stored against the Job and are displayed in the Service Report.
This allows service engineers to capture and maintain visual information related to the work performed on a Job.

How to Upload Photos #
Step 1: Open the Job #
Navigate to the required Job in FieldAx and open the Job record.
Step 2: Select Upload Photo #
From the Job, access the Upload Photo functionality.
Step 3: Upload Photos #
Select the required photos.
Multiple photos can be uploaded for the same Job.
Step 4: Add Photo Description #
Enter a description for each uploaded photo.
For example:

| Photo 4 | Equipment after service |
Each photo can have its own description to provide additional context.
Step 5: Save #
Save the uploaded photos.
The photos and their descriptions are stored against the Job.
Viewing Photos in the Service Report #
Once the photos have been uploaded and saved against the Job, they are available when the Service Report is generated.
The Service Report displays:
- Uploaded photo
- Corresponding photo description
Multiple uploaded photos can therefore be included in the same Service Report.
Example #
A service engineer visits a customer site and performs maintenance on an equipment unit.
The engineer can upload:
Photo 1: Equipment before service
Description: Equipment condition before maintenance.
Photo 2: Fault identified
Description: Damaged component identified during inspection.
Photo 3: Repair completed
Description: Damaged component replaced and equipment repaired.
Photo 4: Final condition
Description: Equipment tested successfully after repair.
All four photos and their descriptions are stored against the Job and can be displayed in the Service Report.
